Love Yourself Happy – Mindfulness & Personal Development Course

Love Yourself Happy is a 4 week Mindfulness & Personal Development course.

This is a small group workshop style course that will include:

  • The benefits of Mindful living
  • Personal development discussion
  • Mindfulness, Meditation & relaxation exercises
  • Noticing signs of stress and managing overwhelming feelings
  • Improving self care

Suitable for both beginners and those wishing to attend a refresher course.

Meeting for 4 consecutive weeks from 10am until 11.30am on the following dates: Wednesday 25th April, 2nd, 9th and 16th May.

Held at Sevenoaks Wellbeing Centre (at West Kent Mind), St Johns Road, Sevenoaks, Kent

Cost for 4 week course and all course materials £120 per person

As this is a small group course, prior booking is essential.
