Love Yourself Happy is a 4 week Mindfulness & Personal Development course.
This is a small group workshop style course that will include:
- The benefits of Mindful living
- Personal development discussion
- Mindfulness, Meditation & relaxation exercises
- Noticing signs of stress and managing overwhelming feelings
- Improving self care
Suitable for both beginners and those wishing to attend a refresher course.
Meeting for 4 consecutive weeks from 10am until 11.30am on the following dates: Wednesday 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th March
Held at Sevenoaks Wellbeing Centre (at West Kent Mind), St Johns Road, Sevenoaks, Kent
Cost for 4 week course and all course materials £120 per person
