You are invited to a morning of Mindfulness.
This is a 2 hour workshop at Cafe 1809, Hildenborough and is open to anyone wishing to learn about Mindfulness, or for those looking for a recap.
We will cover the core concepts of Mindfulness and how it can benefit your day to day life. Living a more mindful life can reduce feelings of anxiety, stress, nerves, anger and other overwhelming feelings.
During the workshop you will learn practical ways to be more mindful and to try mindful meditation exercises. (Meditation is seated in chairs. Please feel free to bring a cushion for extra comfort).
When: Friday 8th December 2017 10am until 12pm
