Love Yourself Happy is a workshop and personal development course to help a small group apply different techniques to reduce unhelpful stress and live more mindfully.
On this course you will learn more about:
- benefits of mindful living;
- daily and weekly calming techniques;
- meditation & relaxation exercises;
- how to reduce stress in the run-up to Christmas
The group will meet for four consecutive weeks from 10:00am until 11.30am on Tuesday mornings in November: Tues 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th Nov 2017
To be held at The Ananda Clinic, 231 Hadlow Road, Tonbridge TN10 4LR
Total cost for the four-week course and all course materials:
£120 per person
