Introduction to Mindfulness

Introduction to Mindfulness course starts on Thursday 12th January 2017 at 1pm until 2.30pm and runs for 4 consecutive weeks, at Café 1809, Hildenborough

Learn the core concepts of Mindfulness and the many benefits a mindful approach can bring to your day to day life.

Learn how to practice the beneficial art of Mindful Meditation, in a small group.

Cost: £120 per person

About the trainer:

Tanya Wright is accredited by the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy, with private practices in Central London & Kent.  Tanya also leads women’s group therapy for Mind and has been a Mindfulness trainer for several years, including ongoing training for AXA-PPP Healthcare. Across this time, Tanya has taught Mindfulness to well over 1000 people.  Complete wellbeing is central to Tanya’s work and she also organises a range of seminars and events with a range of wellbeing experts, including frequent events with international best selling author, Dr Marilyn Glenville PhD.
