6 week mindful meditation group
Begins on Thursday 3rd November in Sevenoaks
1:00 pm – 2:30 pm for 6 consecutive weeks.
Enjoy this 6 week course in a small ante-natal group. Each class offers a space to talk and to get to know each other over tea, followed by a relaxing mindful meditation exercise.
Mindful meditation during pregnancy can help you to:

- Help to lessen any overwhelming feelings
- Prepare more effectively for the birth
Cost: £190 per person for full six week course.

Tanya Wright is accredited by the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy, with private practices in Central London & Kent. Tanya also leads women’s group therapy for Mind and has been a Mindfulness trainer for several years, including ongoing training for AXA-PPP Healthcare. Tanya has taught Mindfulness to hundreds of people across diverse groups and organisations.
