Mindfulness & Meditation workshops at home

Three new Mindfulness & Meditation workshops for September 2016 which can now be enjoyed with a group of friends or colleagues at your own home/venue.

Introduction to Mindfulness

A 2 hour workshop that will introduce all the core concepts of Mindfulness to your group, including mindful mediation, how mindfulness can help reduce the feeling of stress in your day to day life and looking at the balance in your life.

Available Monday to Friday from 10am

£40 per person based on a minimum of 5 participants in the Sevenoaks area (travel charge for other areas)

Cup of Calm – Mindful Meditation for relaxation

A 1.5 hour workshop that introduces your group to mindful meditation for relaxation.  You will learn how to meditate and how to use formal & informal mediation practices in your day to day life.

Available Monday to Friday from 10am

£30 per person based on a minimum of 5 participants in the Sevenoaks area (travel charge for other areas)

Antenatal relaxation – seated meditation class for pregnancy

A 1.5 hour antenatal relaxation class.  Seated meditation, breathing exercises and mindful meditation practice for you to use during pregnancy and beyond.

Available Monday to Friday from 10am

£30 per person based on a minimum of 5 participants in the Sevenoaks area (travel charge for other areas)

About the trainer

Tanya Wright is accredited by the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy, with private practices in Central London & Kent.  Tanya also leads women’s group therapy for Mind and has been a Mindfulness trainer for several years, including ongoing training for AXA-PPP Healthcare. Across this time, Tanya has taught Mindfulness to over 1000 people.  Complete wellbeing is central to Tanya’s work, and she is also the founder of ‘Golf Like a Girl’ to inspire women to be active and enjoy an outdoor pursuit with good company (www.golflikeagirluk.com)
