Tanya Wright is an accredited counsellor and Mindfulness trainer. During the last five years, Tanya has delivered Mindfulness training to hundreds of workshop participants. Tanya is an in-house Mindfulness trainer for AXA-PPP Healthcare and has also worked extensively with the charity ‘Mind’ and with professional services firms.
