Mindfulness offers a simple, effective way to slow down and break the cycle of stress, anxiety, tiredness, anger and other overwhelming feelings.

This experiential one-day workshop explains the core principles of Mindfulness and how living in the moment can lead you to a calmer, more grounded way of living. You will learn how to incorporate simple practices into your day-to-day life, helping you to regain control and break old, unhelpful patterns of behaviour.

Tanya Wright is an accredited counsellor and Mindfulness trainer. During the last five years, Tanya has delivered Mindfulness training to hundreds of workshop participants. Tanya is an in-house Mindfulness trainer for AXA-PPP Healthcare and has also worked extensively with the charity ‘Mind’ and with professional services firms.
