Mindfulness session for ladies running this year’s London Marathon.

On Monday 31st March from 11am to 2pm

at the St Clere Estate, Kemsing, nr Sevenoaks, Kent.

  • minimise nerves
  • connect mindfully to your body
  • enjoy your marathon experience

 Cost £25 per person (includes a buffet lunch).
