The Art of Relaxation workshop is a stress-busting afternoon on Saturday 18th May in Sevenoaks, Kent from 1.30pm – 4.30pm.
You will learn how mindfulness can benefit your day to day living by reducing stress, anxiety and other overwhelming feelings.
A gentle yoga session with British Wheel of Yoga teacher, Sarah Linsey. Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.
Soothing meditation to help you relax and rebalance your life.
