Mindfulness is fast becoming a popular way to help you cope with stressful situations as well as savouring all the good bits in life too.
The following workshops aim to introduce you to the core concepts of mindfulness as well as stress management techniques, establishing a balanced lifestyle and calming meditation exercises.
‘Introduction to Mindfulness & Mindful Meditation‘. Learn how mindfulness and meditation can help reduce feelings of stress and anxiety. Forthcoming dates:

‘Meditation and Mindfulness for Busy People’ An ongoing course that meets once every six weeks in Tonbridge. Further mindfulness, meditation exercises and self development.
Bookings are for blocks of 3 sessions. Next 3 dates, as follows:
Sat 20th April 2.30-4pm, Sat 8th June 2.30-4pm and Sat 13th July 2.30-4pm The cost is £15 per session and the group will continue in September with 3 more dates.
‘The Art of Relaxation’ Stress busting afternoon that combines yoga with Sarah Linsey and Mindfulness and meditation exercises with Tanya Wright.
