My next workshop will be an ‘Introduction to Mindfulness and Mindful Meditation’
This two hour workshop is being held in a lovely spa setting in Westerham, with plenty of convenient free parking.
On this workshop, you will be introduced to Mindfulness, the benefits of a Mindful approach to living and we will practice Mindful Meditation.
